Entiat

If you are looking for small town atmosphere with peace and quite, then Entiat is the place for you!

Nestled at the east end of the Entiat Valley, in the north central part of Washington State, and bordering the west bank of the mighty Columbia River, is the small community of Entiat (population 1010). From Indian Village, to town, to city over the past 150 years, this community has Rocky Reach Dam, which is located approximately 10 miles south of the current city limits. Entiat exists today due to the heart and stamina of its residents, past and present, some of which are the proud descendants of the original settlers.

The Entiat community is steeped in history, beginning with Indian Chief Silico Saska, who camped at the congruence of the Columbia and Entiat rivers in the mid 1800s; to the now non-existent lumber mills that were Entiat Valley's first industry; to the designation of "Numeral Mountain" as a natural preservation site which proudly displays each year's high school graduating class since 1923 to present day; to the designation of "Territorial City" which acknowledges Entiat's longevity and is witnessed by the artifacts and documents archived in the Entiat Museum; and to the designation of "Tree City USA" since the year 2000.

If this is the type of atmosphere you'd love to call home, contact The Davidson Team today (509-293-2214 or info@wenatcheehouses.com), your Entiat real estate specialist, and starting making your dream a reality.
